1. Payment Methods and Fees

We accept cash and Zelle with no additional payment fee. Card payments processed through Square incur a 4% fee, added to the service total and disclosed before payment. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of cleaning.

2. On-Site Estimate Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to reserve an on-site estimate. If you proceed with our cleaning services, this deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

The $50 deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows.

4. Preparing for Your Appointment

Before our team arrives, please:

• Vacuum the carpets scheduled for cleaning.
• Remove small items, toys, clothing, and other loose objects from the floors.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during cleaning and until the technician advises that it is safe to return.
